The Thuimai Bharatha Iyakkam programme( Gramam), organised by the Kanyakumari District Collectorate in association with Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, was held at the Hill Top Auditorium at 2:00 p.m. on 17th July 2025. The event commenced with the Tamil Thaivalthu by NICHE students, followed by a warm welcome address by Dr. P. Thirumalvalavan, Registrar. Mr. Lavish Rijo, DRDA IEC Consultant, delivered the introductory address, and Mr. S. Sreekumar, PCM Expert, Kanyakumari District, gave the special address. Felicitations was offered by Dr. A. Shajin Nargunam, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academics), The program was coordinated by Mr.I.James Dinaheran Williams, Associate Professor and HoD- FTSE. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. B. Stanly Jones Retnam, Associate Professor and HoD of Aeronautical Engineering, and the programme concluded with the National Anthem by NICHE students.
