The Department of Software Engineering at NICHE, under SEBEX 2K25, successfully hosted EXPLORICA 2025, a National Level Technical Symposium, on 14th May 2025 at the NICHE AV Hall. The event served as a vibrant platform for aspiring engineers from across the country to showcase their technical prowess and innovative thinking. The function was presided over by Dr. K.A. Janardhanan, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Administration), with keynote insights shared by Dr. A. Shajin Nargunam, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic), and an inaugural address by Dr. P. Thirumalvalavan. The symposium featured technical paper presentations, coding challenges, project expos, and interactive sessions. Mr. Abinesh Kamal, NICHE alumnus and Senior Application Security Consultant at EY GPS, Technopark, Trivandrum, graced the occasion as Chief Guest, inspiring attendees with his professional journey and awarding competition winners. The Head of the Department presented the departmental report, highlighting the planning and success of the event, which drew enthusiastic participation from institutions nationwide.
