Biomedical Research Idea Pitch Day @ NICHE

The Department of Biomedical Engineering, NICHE Kanyakumari organized a Biomedical Research Idea Pitch Day, providing students with an exciting platform to present their innovative biomedical concepts.

Students showcased creative ideas including an automated wheelchair with voice control, smart insoles for diabetic foot ulcer prevention, smart home–based cardiovascular monitoring systems, and vibration therapy solutions for dysphonia relief.

The event encouraged students to think beyond the classroom, promoting innovation, research-oriented thinking, and practical problem-solving in biomedical engineering.
